A New Normal for the School Year
Saying this will not be a typical start to a new school year is an understatement. Teachers are working extra hard to try and make virtual learning, hybrid learning and in-class learning the best it can be under the circumstances. Kids who need to be with their peers, teachers and community are suffering from the lack of engagement that used to take place on a typical day. Parents are juggling work, school, screen time, homework and family time under new a "normal" and being stretched to the max
This is a time to take care of each other, be extra kind and give grace where it's needed most. Wearing masks, social distancing and washing hands will lead us to a safer and brighter future.
Stay safe and be well!
